It is because of the community's support with various fundraising efforts throughout the year that we are able to maintain our facilities and properly care for the animals at the shelter.

Rummage & Bake Sale

We have a fundraising space on our new property at 21918 180th St, Hutchinson, MN 55350 where we host our monthly rummage sales. 


Save the date and mark your calendars! Sales are indoors - rain or shine -- new items added daily!


2025 Sale Dates

Friday, August 22nd and Saturday, August 23rd - 8a-4p

Friday, September 12th and Saturday, September 13th.- 8a-4p

Friday, October 10th and Saturday, October 11th - 8a-4p

Saturday, November 8th - 1/2 price sale - 8a-3p

 Gerten's Fall Fundraiser - https://www.gertensfundraising.com/departments/heart-of-mn-animal-shelter-964.html - order by August 25th. We will receive 30% of all plant sales and 15% of all plant card sales. Proceeds will go toward HMAS to complete our Dog Building.

Orders must be completed by 10 PM on Monday, August 25.
